I Love Mom Blog Society

I have been blogging for a few months now and love it but for beginner bloggers it can be a bit overwhelming but addicting and so much fun. There is so much to learn such as where should I start, how do I gain new followers, how do I increase my traffic, etc. When I started, I surfed around and looked at other blogs and clicked on many of their icons and links on their site and found some networks to join and great sites to follow. But going from site to site can be time consuming and with a little one around that is one thing I don’t have a lot of. I generally can’t get online until she’s down for the night.

One network I recently joined is Mom Blog Society and extremely happy to be a part of.  Not only are you part of a great network, it also feels like you’re  part of one big family. At MBS you don’t need to go looking for sites to follow, you have that information all in one place – member profiles, links to their blog with descriptions of what their blog is about, their twitter profile, etc it’s just one click away- it’s like one stop shopping.  If you need help someone is always ready to help you whether it’s with coding issues, questions or anything you need- really-they really do help you out.  Mom Blog Society also has great blog hops where you can link up your blog and meet new followers. If you’re a fan of groups, you can find many groups at MBS such as Blogging Newbies, Twitter Moms, Recipe Moms and many more. The more groups you join the more followers you meet and who knows, you may even be a featured member – how cool is that!
