I hope everyone had a safe and happy 4th of July. It was so hot out that we didn’t do too much. We went to see a parade in a neighboring town but we only stayed for about an hour. I was only able to take a few pictures. We brought the neighbors kids with us so I was busy trying to keep track of them. Buggy looked adorable in her Red, White & Blue dress.
These guys were so hot in their uniforms – I felt so bad for them. I remember the days when politics weren’t part of these nice parades. Now everyone seemed to be holding vote for so and so signs. It kind of ruined it. Overall, the parade was a lot of fun. They did a fabulous job.

We did squat on the 4th. My kids were with their dad & since it was rainy off and on - my hubby and I stayed in and watched tv all day. ALL DAY. It was awesome not to have to think for once.
