The holidays are soon approaching and with that comes parties, food and lots more food. This is the time that we tend to side step our fitness program we've worked so hard to stay on track with. Let's forget about those dumb New Year's resolutions that no one ever keeps and continue to stay on track with our fitness.
Are we ready to reinvent ourselves, to shift into better shape? I want to invite you to join me in a 28 Day Challenge starting Monday, October 29, 2018. This is an opportunity to get ahead of the "Fall Five." Umm. what's the "Fall Five" you ask? Well this is the average weight gain (5-7 lbs) during the holidays. Not as bad as the freshman 15 but y'all know how 5 lbs can easily creep up on you. Let's do an easy Shift into the season and stay in shape together! This will be done from the comfort of your own home at your convenience but with the support of a group and ME. We'll hold each other accountable for our progress, push each other through the tough days and share our sweaty workout pics with our tribe. We all know how working out together is much easier. I like having a workout buddy and it's very motivating when your tribe is cheering you on to succeed. If you follow me on Instagram you know I'm always trying to stay in shape.
